HEAD OF FINANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise and analyze all financial activities of the company regarding budgeting, cost control, taxation and accounting.
– Leading operations and become a motivator for employees.
– Plan and control the company policy especially about finance activities in order to run financial and accounting operations in a maximal manner.
– Creating Standard Operating Procedures and monitoring the use of them.
– Supervise all employees whether the task is done in accordance with the company’s operational standards regarding cost control, accounting and budgeting.
– Responsible for the development regarding their quality of work and efficiency of work.
JOB QUALIFICATION
– Minimum S1 Accountancy and or taxation
– Work experience as Manager for at least 5-10 years, preferably with a background in Agriculture or Plantation.
– Mastering Microsoft Office (Budget estimates).
– Masters the English language
Able to make Annual Work Plans, have the ability to communicate, analyze and solve problems.
– Have a leadership spirit, be firm, move fast and responsibly.
